Personal Training
Edge Athletics offers one-on-one, semi-private, and group personal training to help you achieve your goals. Your trainer will develop a comprehensive exercise plan tailored to your specific needs. We offer cost effective programs to meet every budget.
Individual & Team Sports Performance Training
Programs include 5-8 weeks of training and last approximately 60-75 min/class. All programs can be designed to meet the needs of the team. Instruction on power lifting, balance, flexibility and pre/post testing of athletes. Also, offered as one-on-one or semi-private training.
Xtreme Acceleration & Conditioning Clinic
Prepares athletes to adapt physically to rapidly changing environments while playing sports. Increases speed, agility, balance, flexibility, and aerobic capacity. Program runs for 5 weeks, 2 times/week. Offered every season.
Post Rehabilitation Training
Begin the journey back to health by meeting with a Performance Enhancement Specialist for a consultation and evaluation. During this time we will obtain a history, assess your current ability level and establish base line measurements to meet your goals in order to develop and implement a personalized training.

Semi-Private Personal Training Program
Designed for the young student-athletes. This program will include classroom style instruction for 30 min and hands on training for 45 min each session. Class will be limited to 10 athletes.
Youth Fun & Fitness Program
This is an after school program for students who want to learn different exercises through while maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. This program is designed for the young student in mind. Class is limited to 20 students. Call more info.
Adult Training & Body Sculpture
Tired of the same old workout or aerobics class? Do you want results? Looking for that challenging workout? This is the class for you. A cross between a Boot Camp workout and weight training using stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands and dumbbells.
Specialized Plyometric Training
Increase power and vertical jumping ability, core strengthening and stabilization, flexibility training, and injury prevention. Program is 6 weeks, 2 times/week for 60 min. Available for student-athletes ages 13 and up.
Team Strength Training & Conditioning
Designed to meet the specific needs of each individual sport. Helps develop team unity and team work. This program can be used for any sport. Offered year round before your season starts. Open from 5 - 20 student athletes.
